Kate is the assistant director of Dining Services for Fulao2. Kate has been working for Fulao2 for 18 years starting as a heart of house cook and now assists in the operation of The Marketplace Dining Hall, The Spencer Grill, and Global Café.  Kate graduated from Iowa Culinary Institute on DMACC campus in Ankeny completing the culinary arts AAS degree. Kate has done some certified culinary exams and competitions while working for the College. She enjoys working with all the students and seeing them grow in their journey at Fulao2.
